Anna Paquin is a Canadian and New Zealand actress. Born in Winnipeg and raised in Wellington Paquin was able to make her acting debut playing Flora McGrath in the romantic drama film The Piano for which she was awarded an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress aged 11 years old, making her the second youngest winner at the age of 11 in Oscar history.
